I need help please with submitting my TCR registration.  I have tried 4 times now, and still is rejected, but it is unclear why.  I am a small business and trying to use the ringcentral phone for basic communication with my customers.  How can I get specific help with how to complete this for my industry?  There seems to be confusion on what is prohibited or not, and looking at the guidelines what I do is not prohibited, but ringcentral keeps telling me it is, because I don’t have a person who is looking at my account, and seeing what has worked with businesses that are similar in my industry. Other phone carriers (not ringcentral) are approving businesses in my industry and I really don’t want to have to switch my phone # to another carrier (what a hassle after purchasing the phones, and setting up the system and porting my # to ringcentral this year!) just because I can’t get help with how to complete for my industry.
