I work for a County Government agency and most specifically the IT department for that County Government and I support users who use OKTA Verify to obtain One-Time 6-digit Authorization Codes via SMS/Text Messages and are attempting to get our TCR/SMS campaign approved. We have updated our language in these texts to include options for STOP, START, and HELP all of which have been successfully tested internally and have provided examples of each of these options in our campaign.
I have entered multiple tickets with Ring Central TCR Support to try and get our campaign in the most tip-top of shapes before submitting it for approval. Unfortunately, each time we ask to have our campaign reviewed we are told a that it is not correct and get a different reason each time we go through the review process. At this time I believe we have everything wrapped up except for a clear definition of what is the appropriate method for obtaining consent in order to get the campaign approved.
Does anyone have any experience in using OKTA Verify to obtain one-time passwords via an internal Ring Central Phone Number using SMS text that can speak to what methods of obtaining consent was used to get a TCR Campaign of this type approved by Ring Central? I have entered MANY tickets some of which are still open but tech support keeps changing their answers each time we call.
