Portions of my Draft registration form are now empty, greyed out or cannot be edited.
How do I fix this?
The Ring Central TCR registration is a NEVER ENDING loop of BS. They do not approve on purpose.

Read all I can find on this but no help found on this issue.
Being a psychiatry practice, we can not allow public access to our private Electronic Medical Records (EMR) server.
So my question is; how are we to complete the website section of the TCR?

Agreed.
I am trying to get tcr sms registered. I have submitted the form several times and they seem to come up with a different excuse each time. I only want it for communication with my clients and not have to use my cell phone.
Now I'm stuck on privacy policy, which I have sent the link to several times and Call to Action. I'm not using it for marketing, only communication with my current clients only.

Hello @indytycoon, I have responded to your direct message.
We are having the same issue unfortunately. We have done everything that was asked by RC and were denied 8-10 times even though we followed their specific instructions on everything multiple times.
We are now having problems with the webform.
I opened my own ticket if anyone here has any ideas please let me know. I’d be interested to know how to get through this properly:
Yep, same issue. I am soooooo frustrated. Are you all getting charged $18+ every time you have to resubmit? I was never told when moving my phone line over that we had to register for SMS, let alone it would take forever, if it ever gets approved. Seems like a scam to me. Anyone have any other options they recommend for Fax, phone, telehealth, SMS?

I just sent you a PM as well. I need assistance with TCR Registration, and my account manager hasn’t been very communicative or helpful.
Thank you!

Hello @indytycoon, I have responded to your direct message.
Here we go again. This is beyond ridiculous, one excuse after another. I have spent countless hours making changes to my website, privacy policy and T&C. Now I get this:
Unfortunately, your NaptownIT SMS registration was not approved by TCR for the following reason(s):
- Opt-In language on website needs to be specific to SMS and not included with other forms of communication (voice, email, etc.).
Once you have corrected the above issues with your registration, please resubmit your SMS application in your online account. Resubmissions may incur additional application fees and may take up to 20 business days for approval.
For more information on the registration process and what is required by TCR please visit https://support.ringcentral.com/sms-registration.html
Thank you for using RingCentral.
Make up your freaking minds, Ringcentral! I think it's all about collecting extra fees each time you resubmit.
