LOGS Inside admin portal there are CALL LOGS, RECORDING LOGS AND FAX LOGS but somehow there are NO TEXT LOGS NO TEXT HISTORY NO TEXT INFO in TMOBILE PHONE CARRIER for example one can log in to one's account and see the TEXT LOG for every outgoing & incoming text plus time date duration & exact details of the text . With RC VOIP this should be an easy 123 basic option.

Yes, since Sept, 2022 we do have capability in admin portal for customer admins to check SMS/Text usage logs. Once admin logs in to https://service.ringcentral.com/, please go to Reports -> SMS logs. You have an option to view up to last 60 days of usage logs on screen, and also can click on download and export sms logs as a CSV for up to 1 year.
