Text messages are not working (inbound or outbound). For some of our numbers, when we send texts to phones within our system or to numbers outside of our organization, the texts either don't come in or we get an error message. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could it be that certain numbers in our system don't have the proper settings/permissions to text?
