The automated outgoing message is mispronouncing my company name. Is there a way to fix that?

Hi @Gene Stein, there is no option to correct it. You may use a third-party text-to-speech that has different accents. Then you may upload it in the Company greeting. I would recommend https://www.naturalreaders.com/online/
