can't transfer calls anymore on the mobile app? It use to work but now it don't come up to choose the transfer button?

Which app are you using? Is it the one with an R icon or phone symbol?


I have been sending out "friendly reminders" to my Users to replace the app not only on their desktop but also on their mobile phones with the "new" unified app. Some "get it" and others, well let's just say I need to keep sending the "friendly reminder."
