We recently migrated to Ring Central and we are using our existing IP485 phones from Mitel. We are having a lot of issues transferring calls, using the handset, to the voicemail of another user. Any suggestions?

They have a page for all the star '*' codes - plus a few more. The forward to vmail is there.
