Just notice the "Automatic Call Recording" is no longer activated. We went to Admin Portal > Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > Call Recording, but only see the "on-demanding recording" option. Has ringcentral taken off the "automatic call recording" recently?

Hi Josh, Automatic Call Recording is automatically enabled and available to Office Premium and Ultimate customers only.
