I would like all desk phones using the same voicemail pin codes. Is this an option? If so how.

Hi Shelly,
When you are looking at the Admin screen under Manage Users, and click on a user - to the right side, under their Extension number will be the User Details. Expand that area and you'll see the Password and PIN.
This is the button to click - AND the password it's first going to ask for is YOURS - not the users. This is to verify that the SuperAdmin is making the change.
After that, click on PIN and it will ask you to put in the PIN you want for that user.
Save through, and it will update in about 3-5 seconds.
