I utilize the HUD regularly to determine the status of team members. We have multiple locations as well as remote employees and keeping an updated status is super important. I “police’ the team and often ask them to update their Ring Central status only to find that I’ve forgotten to update my own! Yikes! I cannot view my own extension in the HUD. It would be helpful to our entire team if everyone could easily view themselves along with their teammates in the HUD. I have added myself, but I can’t view myself in the HUD. Please help.
