Voicemail email notifications


I have a person who left the company. I have re-assigned their phone to another person. The email notifications for voicemails still is going to the old employee. How can I remove them from the notification list?

Did you create a new extension for the user or re-use the old one?

I used the old extension and changed the user information. The old name shows on the phone but it's OK in RingCentral. The old employees email is getting notifications still.
