voicemail not playing correctly

My default voicemail says "you've reached Clarissa Cruz-Duran..." on the ring central website but instead it plays "you've reached paralegal unknown..." , is there a way I can fix this without recording a custom message?

Hello,

I've been having a problem with RC's voicemail. Whenever all of us play the voicemails, it's playing the automated system's options, '' To leave a message, press 1...'' That's all we hear. Please help.
