We just added a new local phone number and a new Cisco 8861 desk phone. I need to configure a PIN for the voicemail. But I'm not seeing that option when I go to Admin Portal > Users > User List > Users with Extensions. I'm Admin on the account. How to get it done? Thanks in advance.

Yes. Working for inbound and outbound calls. Red light on the handset, showing a voicemail. And has a green check in the Ring Central system. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
