Way to opt back into queue before wrap time is completed?

We have a call queue that agents sign into to take calls. We have a wrap-up time set, to give them time between calls, but sometimes we have a need to override the wrap-up time to get another call. Is there a way to do this?

You may want to look at the Bridge Operator Console in the AppGallery. It may not be an exact fit for what you're trying to accomplish but does have the ability to manually turn queue calls on/off.

Having a way to log in or out of queues manually would be a good idea since an old Samsung PBX can let you log in and out of groups.
