When will SMS be accessible by all users for our main number?

I'd like the ability to have all of my users respond to the SMS's for the main number.

Hello @david-call! Apologies, but no. Only the operator extension will be able to view all messages. You can also post this feature in our idea portal. Click here to add your vote and use case to the already existing idea. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

    Yes, this should be very easy to accomplish now with the new RC Apps. Super Admin should be able to grant access to any user in the company to have access to the Main Company Number SMS account in order to respond to and send SMS messages to and from the main company number. It would just appear as another item in the left navigation of the RC App.
