Our TCR for using SMS was approved a long time ago (early 2023) and lots of our staff have been able to send outgoing SMS messages, despite them not being listed in the TCR registration. 
Two questions:

  1. Why do we have a list of users registered when essentially everyone can send SMS messages via the RC Phone app? 
  2. When this service interruption is resolved, will our staff be able to resume their normal SMS activity? And by regular, I mean they randomly text individual customers about appointments.

 by “customers” I really mean existing patients of our health care department. Just to be clear, it’s not marketing or sales.
