Our TCR for using SMS was approved a long time ago (early 2023) and lots of our staff have been able to send outgoing SMS messages, despite them not being listed in the TCR registration.
Two questions:
- Why do we have a list of users registered when essentially everyone can send SMS messages via the RC Phone app?
- When this service interruption is resolved, will our staff be able to resume their normal SMS activity? And by regular, I mean they randomly text individual customers about appointments.
