I get emails from ring central that I have new fax messages coming in, but when I go to view them on the ring central app on my computer I can't view any messages after I July of 2022. Why is this happening and how can I fix this? It's very concerning that I can't view and am potentially missing important fax messages.

Hi Tyler! It's possible that your email was listed as one of the emails listed to receive fax notifications that other extensions or the main number might have set up.
