Hi Bobby,
Please check on this KB Article RingCentral Recommended Headsets. It states there that depending on the headset's manufacturer and model, you may need to use the Bluetooth adapter that came with your headset and download their proprietary software to use all headset functions. Refer to their respective user manual for details.
