A few clients have reported that when users in my company call them the caller ID information is wrong. Instead of our company name it shows up as the name of a former employee. This emplyee was gone way before we ever started using RingCentral so her name would not have ever been in the system. This only seems to happen for some calls. I don't even know how to begin troubleshooting this.
