Blind Transfer (Unattended)

1. During an active call, press the Options soft key.

2. Select Transfer and press OK.

3. Enter the recipient’s extension or phone number.

4. Press Transfer again to complete the transfer.

Attended Transfer (Consultative)

1. During an active call, press the Options soft key.

2. Select Transfer and press OK.

3. Enter the recipient’s extension or phone number.

4. Press OK to dial and wait for the recipient to answer.

5. Once they answer, announce the transfer.

6. Press Transfer again to complete the transfer.
