We’re excited to invite users to participate in exclusive feedback and user testing focused on our newly designed Contact List UI Improvements. Your insights and experiences are invaluable to us, and we would love to hear from you!

Target Audience

• Mobile users - you use the RingCentral mobile app every day to make your calls, send texts, and team messages
• Users using Contact list - you search for contacts before calling, text messaging, or team chatting them 

What's on the Agenda?

• Initial interview (30 mins)
• Follow-up emails to validate design changes
• Alpha testing (using the concept through the mobile app)
