1 New Canada RC account 2. N/A 3. We field tech support requests via telephone and email and was wondering if there was an extension or API we could use to create a Team that would allow allow emailed Support requests to populate in that team. Similar to a call que yet specifically dedicated to email support requests. Any suggestions of add ons or work arounds would be greatly appreciated. Cheers from Canada

If I understand you correctly, you want to forward emails to a Glip team, right? 

If so, you can achieve it with the following steps:
  1. Log in your RingCentral desktop app.
  2. Go the team that you want to see email content.
  3. Go to the setting of the team -> click "Post via Email", copy that email. 
  4. Go to the support email service that you are using, let's say, you are using an Outlook email, go to the Outlook email client, set a rule to redirect all emails to the email address you just get from "Post via Email". 
  5. You should be set.
