Not able to add users to my team for messaging.

I have 2 users that do not come up as options in the messaging platform of RingCentral.  Is there a setting that I am possibly missing in the user profile that doesn’t allow them to get messages?  I have compared their settings in RingCentral to others users I message and they seem the same.

...the 2 users also do not show up in my company contacts.

Hi ​@KellyN, may I know where you checked their settings? Was it in your admin portal or directly from their app? Thank you!

If you can, please DM me and send the details of the two users so I can check their profiles on my end.
