I want to clean up old Team chats that have been created and not used. Is there a way for me to do this? I can’t seem to find it in the Admin tool.

I am speaking of the Ring Central app where you can create Teams, as labeled on the left hand side. Never heard those called “channels” as the title just says “TEAMS”. (capitalization is just the literal way it shows and is not intended to be yelling ;-) )

Team Admins (the person who created it or someone granted admin rights) can delete it.

Desktop/Web: Open the team conversation > click the three-dot "More" icon in the top right header > select View team profile > scroll down and select Delete team.

Mobile: Tap the team name at the top of the chat > tap the Gear icon (Settings) > select Delete team.

Note: If you aren't the admin, you will only see the option to Leave team.

That makes sense and I had looked there but I do not have the options you mention. I am in the system as Super Admin but don’t seem to have the capabilities it describes.

Right, the person who created the team automatically becomes the team admin. 😊
