I currently receive a copy of an incoming text from my client to my email. However, I don’t get a copy of my reply or ongoing conversation sent to my email. 

 

This would be a great feature to add to archive conversations for compliance purposes and record-keeping purposes. 

‘They’ are going to tell you that you’ll need to do an off-line archive…  I’ve tried for years to get RC to change  - no joy.  The fact that they drop information after 6 months when any compliance is 3, 5, 7 years just has me flummoxed.

What we ended up doing was using the third party ‘RingClone’ to capture all of the data and save it to an immutable 7 year bucket in ‘Wasabi’ - it took a little bit to set up, but has been running with no issues for many, many moons.

Their UI is easy to navigate, and the search is quick.  Support usually comes back in a couple of hours if there’s an issue.

And no, I don’t work for them… just insanely happy with the service - it’s allows us to go back and show exactly what/who/when for when staff have issues.
