I am not sure about the app you mentioned and the PDF user guide. Can you share the link to the app and link to the PDF document?

However, if you meant the sms-campaigns app, then it’s just a Web app, no need to install. You can just login the app with your RingCentral user credentials and you can use the app to send SMS campaigns.

Yes, it’s the sms-campaigns app.  I don’t have any issues with the “app” itself.  I am, however, not 100% comfortable with the explanations that pdf doc provides.  Not sure if there are any more detailed resources, or a full-blown User Guide.  The attached is just a “quick reference”.

Thank you @PhongVu for all your help.  I have tested the bulk sms using CSV and it worked very well.  I am getting ready to send out our first 600 sms this coming Monday.  Much appreciated.
