Problems porting from office@hand to ring central. Nothing works!


I was trying to port our main office number from office@hand to ring central. Both are voip providers. Office@hand uses ring central software. After the porting was successful, we are still not able to use the number anywhere - in neither applications. Ring central tells us it’s probably office at hand’s fault. We contact office@hand and they give us ring central’s email address!!!! the same one!!! they say that the ring central porting team also handles office at hand porting.

The ported number still shows up at my office@hand account and it’s still visible, but not usable, on my office@hand app.

 

Neither apps work to make outbound calls and neither apps are accepting inbound calls.

 

Anyone tried to move from office@hand to ring central or vice versa?? Whom should I contact?
