Group Texting Improvement?

I know that I can compose a group text using the PC softphone. Great. But if someone else initiates a group text, I only see the person who initiated the conversation, not the whole group, so there is no way to reply to all. Am I doing something wrong? If this is a known issue, when will it be resolved. As more and more folks use texting for business instead of email it is becoming a severe problem.
