Clio contacts not getting recognized by RingCentral

The tech support team a few months ago said this is a common issue and will be fixed with an update in march to “Resolve conflicts more easily by manually linking calls to a candidate, contact or lead”. 

I am having the same issue; what is the solution or is there any?

My RingCentral plug-in app has the call call-pop setting menu tree, which then has these override settings. I do not see anything under Contacts, which then has additional settings. I am seeing this wrong because the initial setup instructions took you through step by step to the call pop setting window.

I can’t find the custom phone number format in settings 

​@KennedyDelaney They are found under Call Pop settings as shown in the screenshot below. We have updated the documentation to better direct people to this screen. Our apologies our docs were not up to date.
