How do I get help in building a NowCerts integration?

Here is a post that might help point you in the right direction. 

Do you know what avenue you would like to explore? Do you need help from an outside party in building an adapter? Or do you want to build one yourselves?

I’m pretty sure there is an integration out there somewhere as NowCerts is advertised on Ringcentral’s web marketing. https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/nowcerts-ams It’s why we chose you! That being said, I don’t know where to start. We don’t have an IT team and are flying kind of blind.

We are a small office. We want to be able to store recorded calls from RingCentral in now certs under each client. We would like that to be as simple as possible. We’d like to be able to transfer SMS and Voicemail to the clients profiles as well.

Can you advise me in the right direction?

​@SSmedley and Insurance Thank you for pointing that out. That specific integration is provided by NowCerts directly and we do not know exactly how to guide you in setting it up. Navigating their site and documentation I understand why you are struggling. Even I can’t figure out how to get started. 

I suggest reaching out them via their support channel. Meanwhile I will try to reach out to them as well to get better documentation together so that others like you can get up and running successfully and independently.
