Fax Logging Enhancements

Incoming and outgoing faxes are now logged, giving you better visibility and tracking across communications.

Clio support has been added for fax logging, with support for additional CRMs coming in future updates.

Pipedrive users can now link calls directly to deals, making it easier to track engagement and activity.

A logging issue in Redtail has been fixed to respect transcription logging settings, ensuring data accuracy and user preference compliance.

Resolved an issue where system time discrepancies (between local and server time) could cause call logging failures in some CRMs.

Enhanced Admin Experience

Admins now have better control over multi-select input settings, improving configuration flexibility.

When logged in as a RingCentral Super Admin, you’ll now see “Admin” in parentheses next to your name, making it easier to identify elevated access at a glance.

Looking a bit further ahead, App Connect 1.6 will bring significant backend improvements to support multiple geographies in a more scalable and compliant way. This update will likely include changes to the adapter JSON schema, and most adapters will require updates to align with the new architecture.
