Clio Support in Australia
Good news for our Australian users—App Connect now supports Clio accounts in your region! Canada, Europe, and the UK are next on the roadmap. -
Redtail Category Selection
You can now select a category for notes logged in Redtail! Admins and users can also define a default category in settings to save time and ensure consistency. -
Call Session ID Logging
For users who want deeper visibility into call history, you can now log the RingCentral session ID in your CRM. Toggle this feature ON/OFF in your user settings.
Bug Fixes and Improvements

Developer Mode can now be enabled before connecting to a CRM.

Fixed a false connected status that appeared in user settings on app launch.

Bullhorn no longer creates notes with blank "note action" fields. These now show
'pending note'until the call ends. -
Resolved an issue in Clio where duplicate contacts were displayed during contact matching.

User settings now apply immediately after CRM connection—eliminating confusion about automatic call logging status.

Bullhorn will no longer suggest linking calls to converted leads, improving contact matching accuracy.

Fixed an edge case preventing call logging for calls routed through a call queue.
