We’re excited to announce the release of App Connect 1.5.2, bringing new features, improvements, and fixes to help you get even more out of your CRM integrations. Here's what's new:
New Features
-
Contact search in call/message logs
You can now add contacts by searching names directly in the call or message log page. (Originally announced for 1.5.1 but pulled at the last minute — it's finally ready in this release!) -
Pipedrive: Create Leads for calls
Pipedrive users can now create Leads directly from call logs — just like with other activity types. -
Bullhorn: Set status field when creating records
When creating Contacts, Candidates, or Leads in Bullhorn, you can now set the status field directly from App Connect. -
Admin control over tabs
Admins can now manage which tabs (Phone, SMS, Chat, etc.) are visible to coworkers using App Connect.
Improvements
-
Bullhorn note ownership (server-side mode)
We’ve improved how note ownership is handled. If you want notes to be owned by the agent (not the admin), make sure to download App Connect and connect it to Bullhorn first. -
Bullhorn session reliability
Some users reported that App Connect would suddenly stop logging. We've improved our session validity checks, and App Connect will now try to automatically reconnect if the session becomes invalid. -
NetSuite now supports logging to opportunties
Users of NetSuite can now associate and log communications with opportunities.
Fixes
-
NetSuite call log failures (transcript length)
Calls with long transcripts were failing to log due to a 4000-character limit on NetSuite activity records. Until we implement a long-term fix, we now truncate long entries and insert a note when this occurs.
As always, thank you for your feedback — it's what helps us keep improving. If you run into any issues or have questions, drop us a note here in the forum or reach out to support.
