What's New in 1.5.4?
General enhancements
- Introducing "Notification-level" Setting: Take control of your App Connect experience with our new "Notification-level" setting. This allows you to customize which messages appear while App Connect is running. To reduce UI clutter, we recommend turning off "Success" messages.
- Improved "Retroactive Call Logging": We've refined the "Disable retroactive call logging" setting. It's now simply "Retroactive call logging" with a more intuitive toggle, eliminating confusion and making it clearer than ever.
- Contact Source Visibility: Ever wonder where a contact originated? App Connect now displays an icon indicating the source of a contact. This is especially helpful when an incoming call matches contacts in both RingCentral and your CRM.
Clio enhancements
- Great news for our international users! Clio integration now officially extends to Europe and Canada, allowing more businesses to leverage seamless call logging and contact management.
- When you select "View log info" from the more menu, our Clio integration will now directly open the contact's communication tab, streamlining your workflow.
NetSuite enhancements
- We've improved call logging reliability for NetSuite! If a call is logged for a contact without an assigned company, a placeholder company will now be automatically assigned to prevent NetSuite errors
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue impacting the opening of contact pages.
- Addressed a problem with the retrieval of user settings.
