failed deployment to all users of Outlook plugin via Integrated Apps

Hello

We already have TC teams app deployed and within it you get the option to deploy the scheduler. I Start the process and it simply fails ( no error message or reason) ( see below)

any ideas?

What outlook plugin and what integration apps? Do you develop them or they are available somewhere and how that is related to RingCentral platform?
