Question
Agent Crash when incoming call from outside the contact center
We have an agent that when an call comes in from the outside and not part of the max agent contact center it causes the Max Agent to crash. Happens several times a day.
Not sure how to debug this. It does not happen for all agents and there is nothing obviously incorrect with the setup for the agent.
