I am the Developer Admin for my organization and I have in the Console -> Organization
https://developers.ringcentral.com/my-account.html#/my-organization several users which no longer work for us and should be removed. How can I get them deleted?

They are user extensions in your production account. You have to delete those extensions then the system will remove them from the developer portal.
