Redshift database connection string?

Folks,

At this URL it says there's a way to get a connection string to connect to (apparently) a RingCentral Redshift database with our call data. This is thrilling!

But how do I get this connection string?

(Bonus question: And how come when I search this forum for the word "redshift" there are zero hits? I can't imagine I am the first person in RingCentral history to have any interest in Redshift.)

Thanks!

The Redshift Historical Database is only available to Engage Voice customers/developers and typically provided after contacting a customer services manager for access. Are you an Engage Voice customer?

Thank you. That starts to explain it.

No, our customer isn't on Engage. I can see now that the word "Engage" appears about 1/3rd into the article -- but it never says this capability is exclusive to Engage Voice. Alas...that would have been very cool.
