We are currently evaluating how to leverage the ConnectWise PSA with RingCentral for Voice. We want to be able to click-to-call out of ConnectWise and integrate our RingCentral DID’s, possibly automate some of the call-logging as well. Is this possible to do with ConnectWise open API? ConnectWise pointed me in the direction of RingCentral integrations directly.
