Microsoft Dynamics - RC Integration - Mark Phone Call Activity Complete

We have set up the Dynamics-RC integration. How can we customize the side panel to give users the option to mark the phone call activity as 'complete'? This is very frustrating for users without the option as it leaves Activities marked as 'open'. Thanks.
