Relatively new to RingCentral. So my question is what are the possibilities of Ringcentral integration with Zoho crm?
Any reference for that? Also, if RC softPhone is able to connect with zoho crm?

Anirban, I need the integration to allow for SMS messaging through the RC/Zoho integration. I know an app for that exists already; BUT it only allows for BULK messaging and any individual response from a lead or contact in Zoho doesn't get recorded in their activity, ONLY my outgoing SMS messages are recorded.
