While we making call(Inbound/Outbound) then caller id shows as 'unknown' call even a contact related to this number.
Our requirement is that when a call(Inbound/outbound) take place and if a contact record is available with this number then caller id name shows that related contact name.
Please reply if you have any solution related to this.
