Just wondering if there are most plans to add additional headsets as compatible in terms of "remote answering" - aka able to use the buttons/functions of the headset to answer/disconnect calls, hold, mute, etc.
Not every small business can afford the headsets that are currently compatible with this feature and may want to use what they have on hand. They do connect to the RC app...but the ability to answer/hang up without doing it on the app kind of defeats the purpose of the mobility of the headset.
