I have attempted to get it right since October 10th. I’ve gotten multiple rejections.
Finally on December 23, I seem to have gotten it right. I haven’t gotten rejected

I was told to wait 20 business days, and now it seems I’m being told to wait longer.
I’ve reached out to the TCR team several times and I’ve even told that it would be escalated.
I then waited a week and called again and was told it would be escalated. Then I asked to speak to someone on the “escalation team” and I was told they don’t take calls, but I was given a number to call.
the number and email I was given was my account manager who responded to my email by telling me to call the TCR team.
This is affecting my business. We aren’t even made aware when a client attempts to text us- we only just found this out a week ago when a client told us they had tried to text us.
can someone help! please!

I should also add that this wait is after I created an entirely new website and spent quite some time on the phone with the TCR “help” team making sure that my privacy policy as well as all other details met the requirements.
This must have done something because I didn’t get immediately rejected.
I have had at least 5 rejections, and one potentially successful submission.  I am waiting to see if it is accepted, meanwhile I am waiting in limbo with no one to speak to on the phone to find out what “escalated” means.

Hi @RonTravel, Just dropping a quick note here that you confirm to me through DM that your TCR has been approved. Thanks for your time, and let me know if you need any other help! 😊

I am also having issues getting our campaign approved. I was never told that our website was missing from the brand registry, so even though we added the links to our website, privacy policy, and all the other things that were listed in the rejections, we kept making changes and shooting in the dark.
We are paying for 20 lines that have not been able to text for the past month which defeats the purpose of having our company phones. The whole process has been extremely frustrating!
