When bulk sending SMS, we always want to send SMS as individual messages rather than to a group. To do so, we manually uncheck "Create group text". This works as expected.
The issue we are running into is that the people sending bulk SMS tend to forget to uncheck "Create group text".
Is there a setting or a workaround to set default "Create group text" as UNCHECKED?
