Call Recording Group

Can we group Manager and Members for Call Recording so the managers of each department will only be able to listen to the call recordings for their members.

You can create a custom role and limit the permission of what users can access in their call logs. Check the attached screenshot and KB article below.

Hello Mary,

Thank you for your reply. Our managers are able to listen to the call recording, the problem is, they can listen to all the company users' recording. We want each of the manager to only be able to listen to their department employee's recording.

Not sure if there is a grouping / setting for that in RingCentral
