Notifications disabled during active calls?


Hello new user here. I have found that when I am on an active call (like on the desktop app for example) and another call is incoming I receive no notification that another call is incoming. (no audio or visual cue) My call queue is set to ring all my users at the same time when the main company line is dialed. When I am not on an active call everything functions normally, but as soon as I answer I am blind to all other incoming traffic until i hang up. Anyone else experience this?
