RC Phone unable to answer incoming calls on softphone, only mobile

When a call comes in and rings simultaneously on the RC Phone App and soft phone, a different pop-up shows up on the screen (different than the dialer) and all the buttons (answer, voicemail mail, etc.) buttons are disabled.
