Enter/Exit chime still playing even with appropriate settings...

Even when the "Play sound when participants join or leave" is turned off for all of our users, the chime is still be played when someone enters a meeting. Why is this and how can we change it?

Hello Megan!

I would suggest to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
